This year is the 30th Annual Tucson Celtic Festival and Scottish Highland Games! The dates for the 2016 festival will be November 3 – 4 – 5.

We are looking forward to another exciting and well-attended festival.   Invited Vendors please scroll down and click the Food or Merchant application button.   Thank you. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

This year we are registering vendor applications by invitation only. This means that if you are a “regular” and in good standing at the festival, you will soon receive your invitation and application packet via email. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO WALK-ONS PERMITTED. All vendors must be pre-registered. There will be no exceptions.

If you are interested in being a new food or merchandise vendor this year, please email the vendor chair expressing your interest. Please include what you sell and pictures or a website so we can determine your eligibility. You are welcome to fill out the application and send it in, but unless you are approved, please do not send in your payment. Make sure you have contact with Sarah Mackie, the TCFA Treasurer, via email (preferable.) We are working hard this year to limit the number of same kind of merchandise or food to give each vendor optimal sales.

The applications and fees must be received before September 1, 2017.
