Inquiry Application – Merchant Vendors

TCFA limits the number of Merchant Vendors so that our Vendor partners can make a fair return on their investment. If you did not receive an invitation to participate, please complete the Inquiry Application below. We will notify you if you are approved to participate in the Festival.
1. Deadline: All fees and paperwork (including insurance) must be submitted by Sept 1, 2018.
2. All vendors must have SPECIAL EVENT PERMITSPECIAL EVENT PERMIT (Business License/Vending) from City of Tucson.
3. All Vendors shall comply with these Tucson Fire Department regulations: TENT PERMITS and OPEN FLAMES
4. All tents must be securely tied down with stakes and/or weights to prevent blow away in high winds.

  1. Merchant Vendors should arrive on Friday, and set-up not later than 5PM.  Late arrivals can set-up on Saturday morning from 7AM to 830AM.  There are no Vendor admissions after that time.
  2. Vendors may not leave before Sunday at 5PM.
  3. All fees and paperwork (including insurance) must be submitted by Sept 1, 2017.
  4. All vendors must have SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT from City of Tucson.
  5. All Vendors shall comply with TUCSON FIRE DEPT. regulations.
  6. TCFA does not allow sales of weapons, including guns, knives or swords, to minors.
  7. Limited electricity is available.
  8. The following are prohibited:  weapons, drones, animals (except documented service animals), outside liquor, overnight parking (except food trucks in place), driving on turf (limited), smoking in tents, solicitation without a TCFA issued permit.
