Deadline for application submission and equipment rental is 1 October 2008. If No equipment is needed, the deadline for submission is 15 October 2008. As in the past, spaces are limited and those vendors who have been with us for the past 18 years have priority. Remaining spaces will be allotted on a first come basis, usually determined by postmark date of received completed application. Therefore, your submission of an application does not necessarily guarantee you a spot. If you are accepted to participate in this year’s festival, you will receive an acceptance letter with field spot number. If you are not accepted due to our running out of space, you will be notified and your space fee and any equipment rental fees you paid will be refunded. The Tucson Celtic Festival rate is:
$72.00 per night* for a room with one king or two queen beds
$82.00 per night* for a Suite.
*Approximately 12% tax will be added.
Reservations are a must by October 1st. Past that date, they will provide the rate if there are still rooms available. Our Festival weekend is the University of Arizona Homecoming Weekend so rooms will be booked fast!
If you call or fax for reservations make sure to tell them you want the Tucson Celtic Festival Rate. (If you use the 1-800 number for Best Western, they will have no special info on rates.)
