Welcome to the official website for the Tucson Celtic Festival.
Our Festival is growing and expanding again this year. With the
flavor of Celtic history and tradition, you’ll see what modern day
Celts are up to! Celebrate your own Celtic Roots whether Irish,
Scottish or Welsh or learn about a new and different Culture. There
is great fun & activities for the whole family!
You’ll find your old favorites plus some new events and even more
unique Celtic shopping opportunities, dance, music, athletic
competitions, food, outstanding Irish, Scottish & Welsh
entertainment and let’s not forget about the fine selection of brews
at the Beer Garden!
One new event we are very excited about is Bagpipe Band Competition!
Another big change is the addition of Saturday evening hours for
more of our Great Entertainment, the Beer Garden, Food and Shopping.
Join us on Friday evening for a lovely dinner on the field at the
Festival site, our signature Torchlight Ceremony for the welcoming
of the Scottish Clans and Celtic Societies followed by a Ceilidh
(Gaelic for Great Party!) with lively music and entertainment. Our
Friday evening kick-off to the Festival Weekend is the Best!
At the Festival everyone is a Celt for the Weekend!
We’re a work in progress, so keep checking back as more information
is added to the website.
Handicap Accessibility
Rillito Park Raceway is handicap accessible. The handicap parking is located directly across from the entry gate in the parking lot and is clearly marked. The hard paved surface is wheel chair friendly. There is a concrete concourse where food vendors are located and the Entertainment Tent is close. Please be aware that the grass field may present some challenges and there are uneven surfaces. Caution is advised and it would be best to be accompanied by someone who could assist you if you are using a wheel chair. No personal Golf Carts will be permitted although motorized chairs are permitted. Service animals are permitted although regular pets are not. There will be handicap accessible portable toilets available for use. If you have specific needs, please contact us and we will do our best to be helpful.
Festival Policy on Animals
We love our furry friends and yours but, they cannot come to the Festival. Service Animals are permitted but pets of any kind are not. So sorry!
